Refund & Return

At Radha Madhav Poshak, we deeply value your trust and devotion. Each item is prepared with utmost care, but in rare cases where a return is necessary, please refer to the policy below:
🕒 Timeline
Return requests must be initiated within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
📦 Condition for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
It must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags intact
Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted

✅ Return Approval & Pickup
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
A reverse pickup will be scheduled via our courier partner
You will be notified via SMS or email about pickup timing
💰 Charges
A processing fee of ₹300 will be deducted for all returns
This fee is waived only if the product you received is damaged or incorrect
📸 Damaged Product Handling
If you receive a damaged item:
Send clear photos/videos of the unboxing and product within 24–48 hours of delivery
Once verified, a full refund will be processed without any deduction
🔁 Refund Method
Refunds are issued only after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
For Prepaid Orders, the refund (minus ₹300 if applicable) will be credited to your original payment method
For COD Orders, the refund (minus ₹300 if applicable) will be transferred to your provided bank account
⏳ Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is received and approved:
Refunds are processed within 4–7 business days
You will receive an SMS or email confirmation once the refund is initiated
Bank transfers may take an additional 1–2 working days, depending on your bank
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order poshaks
Items returned without prior approval
Products not in original condition or missing packaging/tags
